Nathalie's foundation mare, Maine Anjou, bought in 1982 is very much responsible for the passion we feel for coloured horses.

We've come along way since, and our aims and beliefs have progessed. It is our policy to breed our quality mares to Gepard in order to produce a coloured daughter mare herd from which, in turn, we hope to produce some exceptional coloured dressage and sport horses.

We believe that crossing colour to colour does not often produce a significant improvement in the type of offspring; however a better end product can almost always be assured when using a quality solid colour Thoroughbred or Warmblood in the equation. We have started this process with three of six intended crosses to Gepard, producing coloured fillies, the eldest of which Giselle Gazelle produced a bay tobiano filly on the 1.05.1999. Regazza Gazelle is by the graded Hannovarian sire Ragazzo, and we have selected a further two superb stallions from Gestüt St. Ludwig: the westphalian Lanciano and the Oldenburg Donnerschlag. We have also chosen the British thoroughbred Andes, for his remarkable athleticism and good bloodlines as sires for the new millenium.

We are a member of the European coloured sporthorse interest group.
